WITH EVERY DRY
PUMP WE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:
REPLACED:
All bearings, o-rings, sleeves, and shaft seals are replaced to OEM
Specifications.
CLEAN & INSPECT:
All rotors, plates, N2 lines, motors, the temperature control valve, and
frame are inspected, cleaned, and replaced, if necessary.
ELECTRONICS:
All controllers, gas boxes, sensors, and accessories are cleaned and
tested.
Additional charges will apply for items that require repair or
replacement.
ASSEMBLY:
All pumps are timed, shimmed, leak checked and painted to OEM
specifications using OEM specific tools.
SIMULATED COMPUTER TESTING:
All pumps are tested for 24 hours to OEM specifications.
NOTE:
All accessories will be tested for functionality (controllers, gas
module, silencer, and sensor module). If accessories are not
functional, additional charges will apply to repairing or
replacing the item.
